How much weight and height should a good athlete have?!

Everyone is different in a variety of ways and it's important to accept that and work with it, instead of trying to force yourself to conform to some ideal. Judging from your height and weight, I'd say you're on the thin side. But then, at 17 you may not have completely filled out yet. You play soccer...great! Enjoy it even if you might not be the best at it. People probably say you should play basketball because you're tall...so what? Maybe that's not your groove. I suspect that soccer is more forgiving than other sports in terms of having the optimal build. At this point in your life, it's more important to make sure you eat well...set a good foundation for a future of good health. You might try adding some muscle mass with resistance training but don't go overboard with it...especially if you've had a large growth spurt in recent years. Those gym-bunny muscle doods would like you to think they did it all themselves but it's primarily genetics and they were probably well-muscled to begin with. Your genetic makeup is probably dictating that you'll be thin all your life...rejoice! for the other end of the spectrum is judged more harshly by society. Your body is it's own best medicine....take care of it and it'll take care of you.

But hmm yea u sound too light. But u only play soccer so i guess that is alrite since u only use ur legs.
My bro is 15 6'0 and hes 105kg but hes pretty solid.

at 6'1" you're a little light in the posterior, if ya know what i mean
