Should I exercise, still?!


Question: I'm was running (cross country) the beginning of the semi. at school. Second semi. is about to come, and I'm not doing track this year. So; during the winter break and all; I been eating alot of things; (food,chocolate;;all the good yummy things) I don't want to gain or look fatter when I go back to school or well I don't wanna change my appearance. So like; do you think I should just exercise like do crutches or something like that?

any other exercise?

Well during winter break make a schedule for yourself do cardio-good for fat burning and crunches-drink lots of water- getting good sleep is also good when tying to avoid sweets because when your body is tired you subconsciously know to eat sweets in order to get sugar to stay awake! so get sleep.

yes you should do exercise and yoga too so you will not get gain. yoga you can learn at aastha channel at 5 am with ramdevji.
