How do i get skinny?!? HELPPPP :C?!


Question: ok so half my family lives in venezuela thats where im from. i looked through my cousins spaces n they have gotten so skinny ! i sware i go to the gym and i dont see any results . :/my quince is in july so i want to be skinny loose about 20 pounds or so. does anyone have any suggestions? please . seeing them be so skinny makes me sad b/c i feel like a big ginormous whale :(

It's good that you have a lot of time to lose the weight- it will be a lot easier and more realistic.

1. Find out how many calories you eat in one day. Make a journal for about 3 days and then kinda average them all together.

2. Once you have you're final number of calories eaten on an average day (let's just say 2,000 as an example) then subtract 500 calories. That's the amount of calories you want to be eating from now until you're quince.

3. 5 days a week (yes FIVE at least), you need to do 30 minutes of cardio workout. Running, jogging, dancing and swimming are great. Also, lift light weights (8-10 lbs) trying various arm exercises. I'm guessing you're dress will show of your arms, so it's good to have them tones.

4. Dont' cut anything out of your diet completely. If you're mom's birthday is in a month and you want a piece of cake, yeah sure, have a slice! Just write everything you can down so you have a really realistic view of how much you're consuming.

5. If you have a craving just drink ice water and brush you're teeth with a stron minty or cinnamony toothpaste. It's kinda gross to eat right after brushing.

I think you should eat healthier. Fish is very healthy and a lot of fruit and veggies. my sister lost a lot of weight eating yogurt and drinking water. (A LOT OF WATER!!!!) for like a week thats wat she ate. also you need to work out. i like to take a jog every morning so maybe you could do that too. Join a gym or something just dont stop eating because that slows you metabolism down !

cut down on eating an walk everyday, i lost alot in a week from just walking!

hi!!! this is comming from a teen mommy that gave birth and was about 200lbs... i am now 140 a year later... the first 10lbs i lost was in a month... no rice, no pastries, no sweets, no snacks... strictly protiens and vegies and fruits... especially WATER... drink lots of them... even if ur not thirsty... water cleanses the system and eliminates unwanted wastes FASTER. *also* instead of taking the easy way outs... like instead of the elevator, use the stairs. instead of a car ride, walk... or bike. give urself a treat every 2 weeks to keep u motivated. worked for me till i got pregnant again.. lol.

Alrighty Heres some pretty good tips on HEALTHY dieting:
- Don't do anything drastic!
Breakfast plan:
(remember breakfast is a really important meal and you want to do alot of your daily eating here, so you have energy for the day, plus time to burn off calories! -Also not all calories are bad)
-Bowl of cereal and fruit, if your still hungry have a piece of toast with little to no butter on it. (Cereal suggestions: Cinnamon toast chrunch, raisin bran, special K, Cheerios)
bannanas are a really good breakfast food to.
Drink SKIM milk, its fat-free and if you don't already drink it it might take some getting used to but it is so much better for you.
Lunch Plan:
(Also a important meal, do not skip!)
- A lean chicken breast sandwhich, and bag of baked chips. (On sandwhich try to have 1 slice of cheese, chicken, tomatos, onions, mustard, and NO mayo.)
-Try using different kinds of meats and chips in your lunch for a variety.
-If this isn't enough throw in a apple, or pear.
- A salad is ok for lunch sometimes but they really arn't that substancial unless you have good toppings (tomatos, chicken, onions, olives, carrots, and light less fat dressign)
Dinner Plan:
This is the meal were you really don't want to eat alot
-A bowl of soup is an excellent dinner! One of the best actually as long as it doesn't have a creamy type broth (like clam chowder or potoato soup)
try chicken noodle, vegetable, Italian wedding soup, wild rice and chikcen.
-Another healthy dinner is chips and salsa!!
use baked tortilla chips and make this healthy salsa mix,
Salsa with onions and black beans added, super healthy and has alot of protien.
Try to cut sodas out of your diet they are a big cause of being overweight.
A 2,080 calorie diet is probably healthy for a person your age, so don't just eat low-cal foods it isn't always the best!
Drink lots of water
Exercise at least 15-30 minutes each day -You don't even need to go to the gym, just 10 crunches, go on a small run or jog, and life 4 lb. weights to keep your arms in shape to and you'll be good!

In order to loss weight, you will need to find the root cause on your weight gain. Once you find out the root cause, you will be able to come out a weight loss plan that able to help to reduce your weight.

Only with a realistic weight loss plan, you will be able to achieve it easily.

In order to have ideal weight. few things to take note.

Diet

- Try to have plenty of starchy foods such as rice, bread, pasta, potatoes,
- Aim to have five portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables daily
- Use a moderate amount of dairy prod

Physical Activity

Getting active is one of the best ways to lose weight and keep fit. There are all sorts of activities and
sports that can get you moving and aid weight loss.


Calories and Weight

A pound of fat equals 3500 calories. To lose 1 pound a week you will need to expend 3500 more calories than you eat that week, whether through increased activity or
decreased eating or both. Losing 1-2 pounds of fat a week is a sensible goal
