Answers: and one can get lead posioning from eating chocolate?

Yes, theoretically, if you eat chocolate from the right part of the world. Cocoa plants absorb lead from the ground and from the air if it is present; this usually occurs in countries that still use leaded gasoline. However, you would have to be consuming HUGE amounts of chocolate - on the order of one to two POUNDS a day at least, EVERY day - to show any effects. Very few people eat even remotely that much chocolate consistently.

Only Fisher Price Chocolate.

I really highly doubt that it is true.

No way, i would sooo be dead by now if that was true!!!

NO. I wouldn't eat chocolates that were made in China. But other than that you are safe.

i doubt it since it;s not all over the news, and people eat chocolate their whole lives and die naturally...

NO. Some plants that are made into chocolate may get washed/dosed with a lead type chemical form certain sources. This does not include all coco plants. (The only reference I got this from was an episode of csi.) You would need to eat a lot of chocolate to die , unless your a dog or perhaps some other animal.

One thing for sure its not lead.
