In order to loss weight, you will need to find the root cause on your weight gain. Once you find out the root cause, you will be able to come out a weight loss plan that able to help to reduce your weight.

Only with a realistic weight loss plan, you will be able to achieve it easily.

In order to have ideal weight. few things to take note.

Diet

- Try to have plenty of starchy foods such as rice, bread, pasta, potatoes,
- Aim to have five portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables daily
- Use a moderate amount of dairy prod

Physical Activity

Getting active is one of the best ways to lose weight and keep fit. There are all sorts of activities and
sports that can get you moving and aid weight loss.


Calories and Weight

A pound of fat equals 3500 calories. To lose 1 pound a week you will need to expend 3500 more calories than you eat that week, whether through increased activity or
decreased eating or both. Losing 1-2 pounds of fat a week is a sensible goal

Eat less, exercise more. It's going to be a long hard journey.

Spend a lot of time at the Y and drink that protein. Make sure you are the one riding also. Do this twice a day and you will drop weight like a bad habbit.

watch what you eat. don't eat food that has alot fat in them. eat lots of fruits which is my favorite. don't eat at fast food restaurants or go out to eat that often. its healthier to cook your own food at home than to eat out but its not that you can't just don't eat out that much. just some of my suggestions. good luck.

honestly, drink plenty of water, and if you drink soda, make sure its diet, but again, water is the key, as is milk and fruit juices, make sure you're eating 3 meals a day, with 2 snacks in between, and try to maintain a healthy eating schudule/ lifestyle by trying to stay under 2,000 calories. its very easy, just make sure when you're eating, you're eating more greens than anything else, and keep your portions small. and weigh yourself once a week, no more no less...and excersise as much as you can, 30mins a day is to maintain a healthy lifestyle, 1 hour day + is to loose weight and live and be healthy...

Do alot of walking, drink plenty of water, take it easy on the carbs, eat healthy foods like vegetables and fruits to snack on. Eat lesser portions at meal times don't over stuff.

Oh, good question!!! Well, exercises alot and try to not to eat alot like me!!

Locate a hypnotherapist or hypnotist in your area and have a couple of sessions. You'll be amazed how easily and quickly you can get to your ideal weight without going through crazy diets.

i do the 1200 calorrie diet but you have to eat a least 1200 calories or your body will go into starvation mode and it will take forever you have to want this and be ready for it!!!because it aint easy !!!!good luck hun!
