Help, i don't know what to do?!


Question: i gained like 11 lbs from binge eating due to stress and i have eating disorders and i drank a bunch of water and i'm 3 pounds heavier so i'm like suicidal and i'm hungry but i don't want to eat because i feel like i already gained 3 pounds and i basically want to die because i gained weight and i'm a fat, fat failure. please help?

Calm down. If it was just water, you'll lose those 3 pounds by the end of the day.

If you wanna lose those other pounds, don't stop eating (that'll just get you sick) eat healthily . You could try talking to a nutritionist to help you define a balanced, healthy diet that will allow you to lose the extra weight.

It'd be great if you exercised regularly, too. It's a good way to lose weight, get your body in shape and release stress.

Get some professional help, too. If you've got an eating disorder, you'll need somebody to help you overcome that.

omg u can feel suicidal its not good if u put ur mind to it u will be able to do it because sum,times im the same way

11 lbs isn't that big a deal, but your binge eating is. GET HELP, stop beating up on yourself, don't drink too much water and don't count on diets and other eating disorders to control your weight. this is a difficult time of year for many people, so try to stay on an even keel emotionally. value yourself and your talents and relationships. you'll get through this. good luck.

okay not eating and basically starving your self then binge eating is causing you to gain weight. when you starve yourself and then eat your body stores all food as fat to prepare for the nextt starving it is going to go though. and driking a lot of wat4er will cause you tog ain a little weight but when you sweat or urinate it will go away. you need to eat a reasonable amount of food try smaller more frequent meals and some excersise. good luck,.

LoL! Ok you can still eat a lot and not gain weight. Just eat healthier.
Here are some tips:
DO NOT only eat one meal a day! that makes you gain weight! Eat healthier. For example:
Breakfast- eggs, turkey bacon or a smoothie or oatmeal or toasted Ezekiel bread.Stay away from sugared cereals.
Lunch- a chicken salad or a boca burger on whole wheat bread.
Dinner- fish (not fried) and rice or beans and beets.
Snacks- nuts, carrot sticks, any type of fruit, walnuts...
I eat like this all the time because my mom is a health nut! Also, only eat until your full. Do not stuff yourself. SODA IS THE NUMBER ONE CAUSE OF WEIGHT!!!!! Stay away from soda for good!
Since you are a LITTLE overweight, I would suggest taking it slow on the workout for a little. Maybe start walking around more and once you can move better, join a gym! Take the stairs insted of the elevator....
Water, water, water, water, water, WATER!!!! Drink a lot of water!

your not a failure you and shouldn't give up so easily. talk to a docter or a diet speacialist about your problem they can give you proper health advice to help you with your eating disorder. hope this helps

Hey I'm losing weight too but its the holidays hun your supposed to gain a little.
It okay to its that time of year :)
Just make it your New Years resolution to lose those lbs.
Join a gym or weight watchers or something don't go all suicidal on it.

Exercise is the best way to loos weight.

The first step is that you identified WHY you are eating so much. A LOT of people eat because of stress so don't think you are a failure. Drinking water will hydrate you and in the long run you will loose that water weight, do don't stop drinking water because it makes you gain weight. Your water weight will always fluxuate.

Anther good way to deal with stress is to work out. When you work out your brain releases endorphins and seritonin, feel good chemicals that help releve stress. Even going for a 15 minute walk will help.

Also watch the kind of foods you are eating. Junk food will only make you more stressed out and more hungry. Eat healthy foods such as vegtables and non fried foods. Make sure you have a well balanced diet.

Make sure you are getting enough sleep. People who don't get enough sleep put on more weight than people who sleep for 7-8 hours a night.

14 pounds is not too much to lose. Reduce what you eat or walk more and you can easily lose these pounds in just 3 months.
Drinking water is good for you, it actually helps your blood flow and eliminates the toxins from your body - water actually helps weight loss. Remember that your body weight fluctuates, so it may be up today and down tomorrow. Don't go hungry - eat some fruit for a snack - it will give you fiber to keep you full but won't add much in calories.
Weight gain is no failure, it happens to everyone. Best thing you can do is try to lose it healthy and definitely eat, just eat the right things. And get moving - walking will really help your mind get distracted from any sad thoughts.

SUICIDAL? KEEP IN MIND THAT A HUMAN NEVER KNOWS HIS WEIGHT. IT'S ALWAYS 10 LBS MORE OR 10 LBS LESS, DEPENDS ON IF YOU JUST ATE, DRINK, CLOTH YOUR WEARING, DID #1 OR #2. SO DON'T WORRY ABOUT 3 LBS, YOUR CLOTH COULD WEIGHT THAT MUCH, YOUR SHOES, AND ALL THE OTHER THINGS MENTIONED ABOVE.

I think u need distraction. Go out and have fun with friends. Drinking a lot of water is a way of losing weight but it cannot work on its own. Drinking a lot will obviously make you gain a little bit but will fade away thru urinatin, sweat, so on and so forth. Water makes you full too... Have a walk downtown with your friends and keep a water bottle with you. Eat only when you're hungry. Get involve with the conversation.

Dun call urself a fat failure. I've been thru wat u are going thru now. I used to weigh 90 kg 2 yrs ago..now i weigh 65 kg. I did exercise like walking downtown, window shopping, anything that force me to walk, and i always have a water bottle with me. And i bring tissue too. incase i sweat alot. Though i'm quite proportianate now, i still do the same thing every now and then. I dun literally exercise.
