Honestly the fastest way to lose weight is to run or jog. Though many people don't like to do it, running or jogging will make you shed pounds fast. You should wear multiple layers (ex. sweatshirts) while you are running to make your self sweat more. Though this may be slightly uncomfortable, you will lose almost double the weight in the same amount of time. If you are trying to lose weight fast, you should have a low carb diet. You should try to stay away from rice, bread and potatoes and should eat more meat or nuts. Salads are always good, but won;t usually fill you, so you should always eat some nuts or meat. Nuts and cheese are a great snack because they are high in protein, and less in carbs.

if that is you in your avatar then i would say you don't need to loose weight. you're already beautiful and fit as you are now. being too skinny may be hip nowadays but they are not at all healthy. what you need to do is to be confident with who you are.

Try break the habit of eating everyday and jest eat on Sunday Tues Thurs & Saturdays. I've pretty much stuck to a no food Mon, Wed & Fri since Thanksgiving & intend to continue throughout 2008. It seems to be working okay and you should be aware that my doctor advised that it might be a pretty good idea if the intake of plain cool water is not less than the recommended 8 glasses per day
Walking 30 minutes 3-4 times per week will effectively account for 'exercise'!.
[I consider beer as good food & will drink 3-4 beers on any given M, W or F, too!]

Well, walking is a good way to lose weight. You should try walking for an hour everyday. Also drinking water helps. I know it's amazing, but, water help get your hair to grow faster, it clears up pimples and acne, it helps u lose weight!!!!!!! U should drink 8 full glasses of water everyday.
