Im upset! no silly answers?!


Question: i had really bad anorxia last year and now i have put on more weight then the doctors have said and i feel HUGE!!! i am 159cm tall and i weigh 50.5kgs.
i have a boyfriend who is hot as!! and is solid and has the best body so i feel like a fat heffa!
how can i make myself feel better??
i want to become REALLY skinny again because no-one can like me while looking like this!!! i am so upset! :-(

If you are as "Red Tech" translated to be 5'2" and 111, it wouldn't hurt you to lose 7-8 pounds. I don't think you're fat, but I don't want you to be miserable! Just don't go back to your old anorexic ways! Lose the weight slowly and in a smart way. Cut out sugar (desserts!) and soda pop! Cut down on the bread, pasta, and pizza.
I sure am curious to know if your bf thinks you're fat. I bet not! And if people aren't going to "like you" at your current weight, who needs shallow friends like that!! It's OK to get "slim", but it's NOT OK ot get REALLY skinny. So we have a compromise. Deal? Deal! Have a happy and HEALTHY New Year. :)

ok, if you want to become skinny, watch what u eat, or go on weight watchers points. weight watchers points is the best thing for someone to go on to lose weight. and exercise daily. starving yourself will just make the problem worse. just eat healthy and exercise.. dont over do it.

try to lift weights. Get a couple of dumbbells - they are really cheap, you know - and lif them at home. They do wonders! You will see the results in a week.

do what the doctors tell you ...you are not fat hun...exersize a reasonable amount a day...so you dont get flabby...but you will have a good looking body at a healthy weight...good luck

Oh my Gosh , look up what your normal weight should be. You are normal and quit thinking you should be like a broom stick. You need a little meat on those skinny bones. I am 5'2 and what I would give to weigh that much, but I would look bad, that is not me. These things you are saying is what lead to anorexia=====

first thing to do is stop feeling sorry for youreself, some people are blind, deaf ,disabled etc its pretty simple dont eat **** and exercise every day for 30 to 40 mins .

Your ideal weight would be 112 lbs (51 kg) so your weight is fine. You have no weight problem whatever.
