If you are looking to loose weight quickly and keep it stable, you have to balance exercise with a healthy diet. In the long run, developing anorexic habits and then resuming your old diet afterwards, will ony cause you to gian more weight than you already have! This means that one day you may like your figure, but a month later you may swell up like a balloon.

Also, you want to avoid depression, so becareful about your eating habits. A diet consisting of a mixture of fruits and vegetables, will lower your craving for sweets and increase the nutritious value of your meals. Your face will be glowing and your cheeks will be that right shade of red, due to the fact that your skin will be nourished properly.

Make sure that you drink at least one glass of orange juice each morning; this would ensure that you are taking your daily recommended intake of Vitamin C.

You can reduce the amount of calories you intake, and still maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating at least 3 full meals a day. This includes: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

For ex.
For Breakfast-A bowl of wheat cerial and milk.
For Lunch-Rice marinated with different vegetables.
For Dinner-A bowl of vegetable meat soup.

If you really feel that you must eat something in between, do not turn to snacks such as chocolate and chips. Eat apples, bannanas, or any other type of fruit. They increase your energy supply without causing you to insistently need more to keep your energy level stable.

Don't forget that chocolate and sweets give you a boost of energy which does not last, diminishing your energy level after minutes. This is why you always need more of them eventhough you are stuffed!

Also, avoid takeout food which is really greasy. It contains a high calorie intake eventhough it does not satisfy hunger.

During the winter, it's difficult to excercise outdoors. Try renting an exercise workout routine video from your local library. Jane Fonda Videos particularly have great workout routines that can do wonders for you if you practice them regularly.

Don't worry if it's difficult to keep up with the routines at first. With practice, you will gain speed and you will be able to do the routines without the videos.

Each morning remember to stretch your arms, legs, and neck before you start to work out. That's a great way to prepare you for the day, and it stimulates your muscles.

=)I hope this helps.

RUN RUN RUN!!! It is the best thing to lose weight! ;)

WALK. Walk at a fast pace for about thirty minutes to an hour. If you finish your walk and your not sweating or breathing fast, do it again and walk faster. I finally started back walking during the summer and the pounds have been falling since. I also have a bow flex imitator that I got from walmart. I use it to tone up. To lose the weight cut back on your calories, walk or do some other cardio, and if you want to tone then throw in some weights.

try a liquid diet of lemon juice maple syrup cayenne pepper and water. sounds bad but is supposed to work good luck

Do the Weight Watchers plan. I've lost 30 pounds on it. Best diet I've ever been on, hands down.

Diets are a scam and diet pills are even worse. The only healthy way to do it it to change your eating habits, eat less sugar, junk, soda, fried foods, and then exercise daily. You don't need a gym, but you do need exercise. Everyone does. Try running.

I belong to a support group for overweight individuals. In my opinion, diets and such don't work unless you plan on changing your eating habits. You must change the way you eat now. Don't cut out foods you enjoy, just adjust your portions. Use smaller plates, drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Increase your activities. Park far away from store entrances and walk the extra steps. Be more active and eat a little less than usual and you should notice a difference right away. Good luck

try the south beach diet!!

WATCH YOUR CALORIE INTAKE
WALK FOR 25 MINS EVERY OTHER DAY

Don't waist your money on diet plans and outside help. If you do need help with eating right join a support group, like over eaters anonymous. This will help you with the feelings that might contribute to your eating habits. The best thing to do is clean out your fridge. Put the veggies right in front. Take out all the fatty, sugary foods and fill the fridge with:
Fat free milk
Fat free yogurt
Light cheese
Eggs
Lots of salad and other quick grab veggies (baby carrots or pre-prepared veggie sticks)
Fresh fruits
Plenty of good condiments (Mustard (this is the best low cal and many flavors), light or fat free mayo, light or fat free dressings (the spray dressings are good), light butter (natural yogurt or butter spray (0 cals)), light and low sodium soy sauce) Basically you want to add flavor but not calories.

After you stock your fridge, you should get good frozen food that you will eat. (Chicken breast, frozen vegetables, fish, gound turkey, frozen whole fruits, and non-fat frozen yogurt)
Try to stay away from red meats, they then to be more fatty and have more calories. Try lean cuisines (or another 300 or less calorie meal). These are a quick meal for busy people. Add a salad (as much as you want) and you are set to go.

After you are eating properly you will need to exercise. I know that it is horrible and it sucks, but your body was made to move. Get out and walk at lunch. Go for a run. Dance in your living room. Go to the gym and do cardio and the wieght machines. You will need to do at the very least 30mins 5 days a week, until you are moving for 60mins a day at least 5 days a week. It might sound like a lot but a few changes can really add up. Park further away and walk the extra steps to work. Take the stairs instead of elevators. Take a lap around the block if you are craving not so good for you foods.

Reward yourself with non-food items. Set a goal for yourself (something small ie...I ate well for a day) and after reaching that goal do something nice for yourself. Get a pedicure or buy a new nail polish. The key is to undo the conditioning that food is a reward. Your body is a machine and it needs proper nutrition to keep going for the many years left of your life. Be postive and focus on what you are doing right. Keep track of the food you are eating everyday and really take pride in the fact that you are trying to be healthy. You will be much happier with yourself and in live. Good luck.

I lost 55 pounds and 5.5 inches from my waist by cleansing my body. I used a great system that gives the body nutrition and also helps to cleanse it of the toxins, chemicals, pesticides and preservatives.
