Am I over weight, average, or under weight ?!
Question: I'm 12. In May I'll be 13. I'm 5'1 or 5'2 (I forgot) and I weigh 97lbs. I feel really fat. In a tight tank top there's sort of a bump at my stomach area. And one time I heard this guy ask another guy "Do you like her?" he ment me, and the guy answered "EW no she's fat and ugly!". That made me really sad.

You should work out. I used to be 96 lbs. at 5'2" and I had flab. But then I started to gain more weight and have more muscle and there was no more flab.
Try not to take it too personally. Boys tend to be immature at that age.

I think ur weight is ok.....im 5"2 and weight 120 but im 20 so u being 12 and all i think 97 is normal. dont worry about what people think...they all think the perfect girl is 2lbs. lol :)
um actually honey, by governmental standards (the HEALTHY standard), you're underweight.
i remember when i was 12. boys said things that were stupid all the time. never take them seriously. he was probably just saying that to avoid any further questioning; in other words, it was just a made-up excuse.

No, you must be extremely skinny,I'm thirteen, 5'3, and I way 99 pounds... I know how you feel though... sometimes I feel fat, my parents are always saying I look anorexic though...lol... so your definitely a beautiful girl... and as for that boy calling you fat... he probably can't get a girl and at that age most boys are immature and mean... don't feel bad, hold your head up high and be confident in yourself
Your ideal weight would be 105 to110 lbs so your weight is fine.
Your weight would be slightly below average and you are certainly not overweight.
