What weight target should i aim for?!
Question: im a 17yr old boy and weigh 236pounds ive dropped from 258.and my heights 5-8 to 5-9 and im planning on building some muscle.maybe like vin diesel.anyone know what target aim i should aim for thanks.

First off congrats on the weight loss, being that weight at our age isnt easy, so i commend you.
Technically, you should be around 160-170 pounds before you build muscle. To have Muscles like Vin Diesel, you'll probably end up weight around 180, but thats with like 5% body fat.
I recommend you drop the weight to get to 160-170 before you start putting on muscle.
Im 17 years old, and i used to be 190 pounds with 20% body fat. I am now still 17, but have 5% body fat, and wieght 158 pounds. According to all the tables and everything, I'm athletically lean.
I would recommend using Hydroxycut Hardcore to help control appetite, and to begin running. I never reccomend wieght pills, but i have used this one and it helps very very much. Just make sure you drink A LOT of water, and exercise as much as you can.
