According to this ideal weight calculator the ideal weight for an adult female is in the region of 100 - 122 lbs depending on your frame size and muscle mass.

50 kg converts to 110 lbs, so as you can see your weight is ideal, so no need to lose any weight. Exercise to tone your body would be my suggestion.

you sound like your too skinny, 50kg is nothing

u did't write whether u re a male or a female. for a emale - lose 2 kg, for a male - u re underweight. get more muscles

If you're a female, I think you're fine. That's really not a lot of weight for a girl that size. If you're male, then add some muscle to your frame.
