Does anyone know the average weight varience from waking up till the end of the !
Question: i can weight myself first thing upon waking and come in around 205-207....then weight myself anywhere from 8-12 hours later and the same scale with the same clothes on will read anywhere from 210-213...i drink about a gallon of water a day

YUP...That's perfectly normal, you should weigh yourself 1x per day (I prefer mornings), at the same time and even then, I personally can weigh in 3-5 pounds diffferent.
I can also "loose" 5 pounds immediately after I do cardio and gain it back after dinner. At one point I was getting up in the middle of the night I was so obsessed...SO, I have made myself STOP weighing myself throughout the day and it's much better AND way more consistent.
I am on a modified bodybuilder diet, I work out twice a day 5-6 days per week and I also drink about a gallon of water per day.
That sounds perfectly normal. Depending on how much one drinks and how much salt one intakes it can affect your weight. A 5 to 10 pound varience is totally normal.
IT CAN DIFFER FROM 3-8 LBS ON AVERAGE
