Help! I Dont Know How To Workout?!


Question: Im really skinny... I desperately need to gain weight. I want to gain muscle... and I dont know how to workout the correct way. I was thinking about getting a personal trainer. So my question is how much do personal trainers usually cost AND will a personal trainer show me exactly what to do because i have never worked out before... and how many sessions do you think it would take to learn the basic workout so i can go on my own?!

Don't worry. All u have to do is work out at a gym or your own home gym. Just start out with medium weights so you don't hurt yourseslft. Do about 10-20 reps on medium weights and don't stop suddenly. You want to keep pushing and going to increase the intensity. More intensity, more muscle growth. Be sure to also take 3-4 min. breaks in between each workout that you do. As the weeks go by, try to increase on the weights and again, do 10-20 reps on those. Don't increase if you feel that it is too heavy. Other than that, be sure to eat lots of protein, drink milk, keep up the intensity during workouts, and THINK POSITIVE AND DON'T GIVE UP!!!
