No, losing weight is not short and easy, sorry. No secrets either, losing weight is basic, and slow. Be patient.

first of all, eat a small breakfast as soon as you wake up in the morning. then instead of driving somewhere, walk, or do something active to burn it off. eating as soon as you wake up turns on your metabolism for the day and helps you lose weight. then don't eat for a while, eat salad for dinner, do situps and walk during the day, eat lots of jello because it contains protein, without the fat. protein makes your body work hard to burn it off, but since it contains no fat your burning off old calories. never eat after 8 o'clock, and you'll lose weight fast. it might not be very healthy but itll work.

Sorry there is no quick solution and exercise is a very important part of loosing weight and keeping it off.
If you do a crash diet you will gain it all back in a very short time and starving yourself is not the answer.
As they say it took a long time to put the weight on so it will take a long time to take the weight off.
Just eat a healthy diet, no junk food whatsoever, no pop unless it is a diet pop and drink lots of water, use a small plate for eating off of and then it will feel like you are eating a full meal. Hope this helps. I know from experience I also have a weight problem.
