I want to be skinny. these chips are going to make me fat, help meeeeeeeeeee?!


Question: i woke up at noon
ate 1 cup of mixed frozen veggies
1 white flour bolio bread :((

snack 2pm
2 oranges

dinner 4:30pm
1 whole wheat tortilla, 140 calories
about 1/2 a cup of black beans
a couple slices of tomato
a couple slices of radish
and some lettuce

snack 6pm
lotss of corn chips (like 60 of them=[[[[[[)

snack 8pm
1 large banana
about 40 more corn chips

and lots of aaterrrrrr
are i gonna gain weight from today????=[

To stop eating all the chips,
pre-package them in little ziploc bags and only eat one little baggie.
That way, once you finish the bag, there are no more to eat.
Now you won't keep snacking away at the chips.

A the chips wont make you fat.

u cant gain weight in one day. but if ur tryin to lose weight cut down on the chips. Atleast try to limit urself to a couple so ur attacking ur craving but not ruining ur diet. And try to eat them in the afternoon, not at night cause ur more prone to overeat at night. lol, ur diet is kinda like mine i love chips too!

If you keep eating the chips every day, the answer is, yes.
If you are on a diet, or you just eat basically normal and you just cheated this one time, the answer is, no.
You can also cut on your calories tomorrow.
If you really like those chips, buy the 100 calorie packs, and have one bag moderately. They are more expensive than the big bags, but it is worth to pay the money and stay healthy or lose weight.
The price might help you not to cheat on your diet.
