Loose weight fast!?!


Question: I am getting wayyyy to fat i am 16 turning 17 in a few months i am 5feet 2 or 3 inches and almost 140 pounds.. i need to loose weight and quickly i don't have any power it feels like i am just to lazy it seems like anymore help if you can.. thanks. i want to loose 30 pounds also. i am tooooooo fat! help.

if you can picture it you can do it.

here's what to eat:
as many veggies as you want
some fresh fruit or caned fruit if you rinse it
lean meat
little salt as possible
no sugar

Exercise:
walk then slowly get faster and faster for 30 or 40 minuets.
get faster as time goes on.
really push yourself
always walk after hard cardio to get your heart rate down
20 sets of lunges 2 or 3 reps
20 sets of inverse crunches
(lay on your back with your legs out making 90 degrees then lift your back of the ground so all your weight's on you shoulders and upper back. then go back down to your 1st position but bring your legs done to make a 45 degree angle with the floor)
if that doesn't make sense you could just do sit ups.

if you feel uncomfortable with anything else you could go on youtube and look for total body work outs.

Jog!

first off your not fat at that age and height. second your not going to loose 30 lb fast because its nearly impossable and dangerous. take your time and just watch what your eatting

Drink a lot of water. This will help speed up your metabolism. Also, try to drink a glass before (and during) a meal. Take your time eating, don't rush, and try to commit to exercise. Start slow, then work your way up. Good luck. :)

DDR actually helps you loose weight.
Play DDR a couple of times a day everyday and watch what you eat, and you'll be fine.

or you could put more Ruby red grapefruit juice...
maybe 3/4 and then fill with water.... you can drink this
all you want. and eat.
I do not like plain grapefruit juice.....The Ruby Red taste
good....not like the plain one.

Drink water, eat mainly fruits and vegetables, limit your intake of processed foods particularly those with high fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated oils, and exercise regularly.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
