Love Handle confusion?!


Question: OK. I searched excersizes to get rid of love handles, and some said don't do side twists, or bends. Some said do that! I am so confused. I do not need to worry about the diet, I eat very healthy. I am 5'3 and 107. But, I have some flabish thing on my side! Please help! PLEAAASE!

The truth of the matter is that you can't target a body part for weight loss. You need to lose overall weight and in turn your stomach or love handles or whatever will get small too. As far as muscle definition in that area, I can't see why anyone would tell you not to do those exercises. It definitely won't add weight. I would recommend doing bicycle crunches. You lay on your back with one knee bent and crunch upward bringing your opposite elbow to the bent knee. Come down and crunch up with opposite knee and elbow. It should look like your knees are pedalling as you go through the motions.

You might want to find a more accurate depiction of the exercise online if you don't know what I'm talking about. I don't want to be responsible for any injuries.

Try the bicycle crunches. They've worked for me. The only way you're going to find out what works for you is to try them. Remember, it won't happen overnight. Good Luck!

not to be mean or anything but you should watch what you eat because how do you think the love handles got there?

excersizes- try 50 crunches eachday or take a break on a few days doesnt matter, when you do the crunches go up on a side angle on both sides, that should help.

You should go for boxing dancer . I guarantee you can lose your weight in short times and healthy . Don't follow the ideas that you mentioned because am feel this is not the right ways and safely. Remember that we want beauty and also healthy!
