Need help hear?!


Question: ok so here it is im 14 years old and i am over weight and i want to go on a diet but i dont no what way to tell my mum and dad were i come from you would get laughed at what do i do do i tell them straight up or not they want to get a chineese but hoe do i tell them i dont want one i eant to loose weight i just want to fit in and be like everyone else oh and if you have any dieting tips please tell me i keep going on a diet but it never works out and can you try to encourage me and have you got any music that would get me hyped up thank you

Whatever diet you find to suit you, you must combine it with exercise. The easiest way to start incorporating exercise in your routine is to walk more. All you need to do every day is half an hours walking. Walking does not mean strolling or wandering. Walking should leave you slightly out of breath so you know you've given your muscles and your lungs a little work out.


About 6 months ago I got a new job and had to move. Where I live now I walk to work and back again. Its about 20-25 mins walk each way and I do choose to walk up a slope on the way home for part of the journey. I feel fitter and am a little slimmer and have even managed short hikes without getting as breathless and tired as I used to, so it definitely pays off!

well i think you should tell your mum she needs to respect your decisions. Fight for what is right for you. drink water no soda of juice. exercise and when you are exercising play your fav music to keep you going. go online and look for things about calories. you need to watch them carefully how many you consume each day. read more about them. and never ever give up.
