I'm pretty close to you. I'm 5'7", 153 lbs and 26 yrs old. I want to lose 20 lbs by March 1st. Starting Jan. 1st I'm going to eat 1200 calories a day. I've done it before and lost 18 lbs. The first week is hard but you just have to drink lots of water and eat healthy snacks like string cheese, carrots, fruit, celery, lean meats, things like that. Good luck!

lipo suction and a tummy tuck

go for a nice jog, push ups, bodyweight squats, step ups, skipping, jumping jacks and stay away from junk food

Very low carb. Basically, green veggies and lean meat like chicken or turkey. At least 80 oz of water and 45 mins of cardio. You will be a really hottie by your goal date.

i think your normal size for your age and height..you dont need to lose it...

well, work out at least 3 times a week. eat healthy like salads, if you eat sweets; limit to how much, drink plenty of water!!! for more advice, try prevention.com

Eat lean quisine and stoffers. every mourning get ur dog or just with yourself and run. listen to ur iPod or radio. Eat grapefriut pomegranetes and NO PEANUT BUTTER!it may have protein but has a lot of fat in it. Eat chicken and not a lot of bread. Eat a lot of thin crisps and have a sandwhich with a little mayo and some lunch meat. Make sure you get your protein with the chicken.

You should try doing a few jogs, Tai Bo, and yoga each day. don't even think about eating any junk. that just puts a lot in your trunk. ha ha. trust me. I've lost more than 10 pounds by doing this and I didn't have any health problems.

OK - this will definitely work. You have to be DETERMINED and you have to play a game with yourself where you tell yourself you cant cheat even a little! Eat only Campbell's fat free or reduced fat soup for lunch and dinner. You can add 6 fat free saltines crackers to each bowl. Even the cream soups are ok as long as they are fat free OR reduced fat. For breakfast eat 1 cup of special K with skim milk. For a mid morning snack, eat 3 stalks of celery. For a nighttime after dinner snack, eat 3 stalks of celery - this is very good because while watching TV a lot of people like to eat least have something to snack on. Drink a gallon of water throughout the day and take a Centrum multi-vitamin each day. Do this for 6 days and on the 7th day, eat anything you want for dinner but skip anything fast food, salty or sugary. Basically, eat a full balanced meal - nothing processed - example: tossed salad with oil and vinegar, grilled chicken breast or salmon , baked potato with a little butter, mixed veggies, diet coke. Its staying sensible but still restirctive. I did this for 3 weeks and lost 25lbs.
