Exercise???!


Question: i eat healthy and exercise but not enough. my friends say i am to skinny, but that is because they are just a bit heavier. i have gained a couple pounds in the past year. i need some suggestions on how to pick healthier snack and good exercises. we have a eliptical and tredmil too. PLEASE HELP ME!

well the key to loosing weight is repitition. you should put your body on a scheduel. exercise maybe 3 or 4 days out of the week. you could start with 30 minutes on a tredmill with the incline as far as you can handel it. try to eat vegitables and lots of fruits. also you can make you self fruit and veggie smoothies. they are very healthy and filling so you wont be hungary. just don't think you should starve yourself. because you are burning more calories than you think. finally, as always try to work up a sweat when working out, it is very healthy and detoxifying. hope this helps....good luck with your exercising!!!

Yea , It's funny how when you lose some weight those chubby friends say u are to small. I do three miles a day jog 1.5 walk 1.5 , try to eat only things that come out of the ground. If it been processed - it's has some crap in it. Good Luck live long Be happy !!!

dont lose any weight...especially if u already exercise and ur friends say u are too skinny...its good u wanna eat healthy though but aim 4 atleast 1800 calories a day and dont overexercise or starve urself... for healthy snacks why dont u have some fresh or dried fruit, 10-20 almonds(or a serving of other nuts), low fat cheesesticks, 1 TB of peanut butter and multigrain crackers, vegies and dip, granola bars, pr cereal(not the sugary kind)
