Question: I was wondering if having those "Baked Chips" every once in a while is ok, I know that their healthier than the originals.

And if its ok, How often can i/should i have them in order for me NOT to gain weight?

Yes it is okay. Total calories are the important number if you are trying to maintain weight. As long as you are not increasing your total calories for the day by a whole lot (like over 250-500 calories every day in chips).

They are healthier than regular potato chips, which is good if you are just craving a snack. The same amount of chips in baked form have less calories, less fat, and more fiber (all of which are good if you are watching your weight).

A personal sized bag of Baked Lays has about 200 calories or so. So even if you had one a day, it wouldn't be terrible. And if you are worried, do a little bit of exercise and burn it off (jogging, swimming, walking, biking for 20-30 minutes).

they are better than the regular greasy chips and its okay to have them every once and a while.. but if you really dont want to gain weight.. just dont let it become a habit to eat junk.. good luck..

Just make sure you watch your calories and carbs when eating them and you should be fine.

Carbs (such as baked chips) are okay in moderation but you should get most of your carbs from brown rice, broccoli, apples,& etc.

no chips are healthy
