Push ups or dumbbells?!


Question: Whats better doing 75 push ups a day or doing 6 sets of 20 reps of dumbbell curls with a 10 lbs dumbbles

It's better to do both - they work completely different muscles. Push ups work mainly your pectorals and triceps; where as curls do the most benefit to the biceps and forearms.

Id say pushups. You will get toned a lot more and your over all endurance will go up. Dumbells are more for increasing size/

dumbells stun your growth and you wont gorw if you wor out with those..push ups tigtin your muscles and form it...stick with puchs uops and vot me best answer lol

Do both. The two exercises you mention work different muscle groups. If you're looking for better toned or larger biceps, do the curls. Pushups will work your triceps and chest muscles. Good luck!
