walk at a fast rate for 20-30 min. Mabey get one of those ab lounges thats what my mom does so she dosent hurt her back.
Eat healthier food. Food with a lot of fiber is really good for dieting because it fills you up, but it wont make you gain wieght.
try excercising!!! and eat raw, healthy fruits and vegetables. the great thing is you will lose weight and also feel great. get into a daily routine, and don't try to do too much all at once. set some guidelines and some goals. if this doesn't work try nutrisystem advanced.
