In order to loss weight, you will need to find the root cause on your weight gain. Once you find out the root cause, you will be able to come out a weight loss plan that able to help to reduce your weight.

Only with a realistic weight loss plan, you will be able to achieve it easily.

In order to have ideal weight. few things to take note.

Diet

- Try to have plenty of starchy foods such as rice, bread, pasta, potatoes,
- Aim to have five portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables daily
- Use a moderate amount of dairy prod

Physical Activity

Getting active is one of the best ways to lose weight and keep fit. There are all sorts of activities and
sports that can get you moving and aid weight loss.

Calories and Weight

Watch your amount of calories you eat a day. Since you are very young and still growing, yet you do exercise, perhaps aim for the ~1500 calories/day mark.

Basically, weight loss is a simple equation

More calories used than consumed=weight loss

Try aiming for around 1500 calories a day. Since you already play softball and basketball, you are probably getting plenty of exericse, but a 1/2 hour walk 3-4 times a week would help. Drink lots of water. Aim for eight glasses. This helps keep you from drinking sugar filled pops, juice, and sports drinks. Also, aim for 5-10 servings of fruits and veggies daily, but allow yourself a small treat every once in a while. 100-calorie snack packs, some low fat ice cream, or a bag of 100-calorie chips are great treats.Talk to your mom or dad (who ever cooks and buys food) and ask them if they could but and/or prepare healthier foods for you. I'm sure they'd be more than happy to help you.

It's great that you want to change your weight early! I wish I had, cuz I'd weigh a lot less than I do now. Good luck!
