How effective is Taebo?!


Question: Anybody know if taebo is effective for fat loss and muscle gain? If not, anyone have great results with a certain program?

Tae-Bo is a GREAT exercise program for fat loss and getting into better shape, but it's only part of the equation. Your diet is a much bigger player. You can do all the Tae-Bo you can cram into your day and it will do you very little good (if any at all) if your diet is not in order. It's not rocket science; just eat a well-balanced diet with plenty of protein, fruits and veggies, whole grains, and healthy sources of "good" fat like eggs and nuts, and cut way back on the "bad-for-you" stuff like soft drinks, junk food, fast food, etc.

P.S.: If you're wanting to add more muscle to your frame, you should also add strength training. But if you just want to tone up, Tae-Bo on a regular basis will do the trick.

The most effective way to achieve your goals is to do something you enjoy, if you enjoy this then you are 75 percent there if you put the effort in a few times a week and pay attention to other factors most importantly diet , you can see big changes happen in a relatively short period.

as for muscle growth, to an extent this will happen but dont expect miracles, if you want to build mass you really need to lift weights its that simple. (and ensure a good diet , with enough carbohydrates and protein intake in particular)
