How do i lose weight?!?!?!


Question: im 16 and i weigh 135 how do i lose some weight..? What kind of diet plan should i go on.? ...idk..im clueless. ive never been on a diet before so thats why idk what 2 do.

In order to loss weight, you will need to find the root cause on your weight gain. Once you find out the root cause, you will be able to come out a weight loss plan that able to help to reduce your weight.

Only with a realistic weight loss plan, you will be able to achieve it easily.

In order to have ideal weight. few things to take note.

Diet

- Try to have plenty of starchy foods such as rice, bread, pasta, potatoes,
- Aim to have five portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables daily
- Use a moderate amount of dairy prod

Physical Activity

Getting active is one of the best ways to lose weight and keep fit. There are all sorts of activities and
sports that can get you moving and aid weight loss.


Calories and Weight

A pound of fat equals 3500 calories. To lose 1 pound a week you will need to expend 3500 more calories than you eat that week, whether through increased activity or
decreased eating or both. Losing 1-2 pounds of fat a week is a sensible goal

Loose weight.= stop eatting or cut a limb off.

Loose fat= Go running, swimming. biking (cardio) for at least 30 minutes a day. Eat healthy.

run everyday you will lose weight

exercise&eat healthy, cut out the junk food. It will take sometime to lose the weight but in the end you will be healthier. Good luck :D

okay, well heres wat to do, dont take nay dieting pills..thats not healthy and very unnatural..just eat smaller portions, but eat more often throughout the day..eat healthier foods, try cutting back on the junk food, eat in moderation..drink plenty water and get lots of exercise...doing cardio, squats, weights, and cruntches work for me...good luck girl!

First of all you are not doing bad to weigh only 135....that is not a lot to most people.....first things first....avoid fast food joints like the plague....all they have is garbage food, calories, grease, oil and salt...dead calories.....dont even think of going to one.....second, change your mind set........for liquids, drink skim milk, juice and a lot of water, eat lots of fruits and vegetables......eat chicken, fish and turkey.....absolutely no pop or beer, they are loaded with dead calories. Snack on pretzels or celery or a peach, apple, etc.
Eat cereal, wih skim milk for breakfast and black coffee. Stay on this for at least a month and you should drop 5-10 lbs or more.....

if your 16 and 135lb i don't think a diet is a very good thing at your age, just eating healthier foods and staying active, like sports in your high school program are an excellent way. anything that gets your heart rate is good as long as you do it more then 20 minutes a day a good example, is a bike ride, followed by some sit-up, pull ups and push ups and because of genetics and your a girl you don't have to worry about getting big arms etc.. its natural for a girl to tone up with body weight exercises, as for guys the testosterone etc creates growth.

Stop eating so much, and exercise. Walk whenever possible, instead of taking the car. If you do take the car to a mall or somewhere, park the car as far as possible from the entrance to the mall, and walk.

Stop eating between meals, and eat smaller portions. Start by looking at the packages of food, and seeing what the serving size is. Consult with your doctor or a nutritionist as to how many calories you should be eating in a day. Make sure that you get the proper balance of nutrition that you need, as well as vitamins and minerals.

And exercise. Stop playing around on the computer in the house, and get out and walk, jog, run, bike, hike, or whatever. Just exercise!

Dear "SK", firstofall..."STOP"...eating "JUNK-FOOD" then find what "U" like: meat, cheess; fish; vegetable; fruits; sparkling-water/tonic-water[NO-SUGAR beverages]....."THEN" eat "ONLY" 1LB./day of any kind of food....

join an athletic club or sports team.

work out a work out schedule and try to do at least 1 hour of cardio 3 times a week.
swimming is great
so is running.
if you join a gym try and lift weights at least twice a week.
if your trying to loose fat this will tone the flabby areas.

then most importantly eat right.
don't eat fast food, look for healthy meals, if your going to be working out a lot vegetables, grains, fruit and protein are all good.
maybe treat yourself to a treat once a week but other than that steer clear from candy/sweet/fatty foods.

just keep in mind that you are 16
and unless you are overweight you shouldn't stress too
much about it.
its better and safer to be healthy than stick thin.
