1 large banana
small salad (handful on lettuce, handful of romaine lettuce, 2 thin slices of tomato and a small piece of cilantro)

3pm
3/4 cup frozen veggies, 60calories
3 wonton wraps, 50 calories

5pm snack
1 tinyy apple

6pm
15mins on elliptical machine
and 15 mins walking pace on treadmill

dinner 8pm
2 oranges
1 whole grain tortilla, 140 calories
1/2 cup oatmeal, 150calories












how many calories totalll?????????
i am craving some jicama&cucumber with lemon&salt in my kitchen :((((((((
whatshould i do to not eat it????

Actually it doesn't look like you ate enough. You need to feed your metabolism or your end up putting yourself into starvation mode. That's a recipe for disaster! (You'll probably lose weight but then gain it with a passion + some!)

I'd say about a 5.

You need to add some protein and healthy oils (like olive oil) and low-fat/skim milk to your day.

If you continue to eat low calories you will end up feeling lethargic. You'll lose muscle and your hair/nails might end up brittle (oils help with that).

you really should do more exersices then 30min ususally people get fat becuase they comsume more calories than they burn just only 30min of exersice a day is can usually burn a meal so i would recommend working out an hour and 30min.

I rate you a 4. You are consuming a very low amount of calories, and exercising only made it worse. You would have been better off not exercising and keeping the calories.

I applaud you for eating fairly healthy. Next time, when you do exercise have a FULL cup of oatmeal for dinner, not a half, and some OJ and a banana immedietly after the workout, then you will have sufficient calories for the day to lose weight.

I say this because if you lack too much calories, which is you in this case, you will NOT lose the weight, well if you do it would be muscle tissue for available energy. Don't quit exercising, but make it at least 45min.

Anyways, you eat well! Oh, and have a bigger apple.

u did very well i'd say a 10. if the jicama&cucumber isn't over 100 calories, go for it. it won't hurt.

OMG you barely at anything. I would die of starvation if I ate that little. I say you should eat what you want but in moderation. If you tell yourself you cannot have food your going to make yourself want it more. Just exercise daily. Mmm Just reading that makes me want some cookies. I'm gonna go get some.
