A 600 calorie diet will plunge your metabolism and it will hold onto all the weight/fat it can thinking that there's a famine. Such a drastic diet will only slow your weight loss and mess with your metabolism, potentially screwing it up for life. Too few calories means no weight loss. Try more exercise and a 1800 calorie "diet" meaning make healthy food choices such as fruit and veggies and lean protein. Unless you are very short 120lbs seems too low anyways.

if your 15, you don't need to be on a diet that serious. 140 is a perfectly healthy weight, you need to work out to tone up.

I am not trying to nag or judge you. I just wanted to say that being bulimic is a very serious condition. When you throw up you are not allowing the food's nutrients to get into the body which really damages your health. Long term bulimic victims lose their hair (from lack of nutrients), teeth (from the stomach acid in the vomit) , and develop many health problems. You should really seek help with this. It isn't glamorous or healthy. You are slowly killing yourself. There are healthier ways to lose weight.

hey I'm bulimic too. I don't know if that will help. I tried to stop the purging once and ate less than 500 calories a day. All that did was make me lose 1 lb in a week
