Honey, don't put that garbage in your body! Slimfast is very high in sugar, so about an hour after you drink it, you're hungrier than you were to begin with. Also, a "sensible meal" becomes highly subjective when you've been starving all day!
I've tried it. Haven't stuck with it long enough to work. It always leaves me hungry.

Its really really hard on your body, especially on you kidneys.
I have tried this, and Yes it does work. But you need to exercise and drink lots of water with it. On the can it gives you a fitness plan. So if you really are committed to losing weight it will be right for you.
