How can i wake up early in the morning?!

u should figure out y your so tired first ?
taking a multi vitamin might help u be not so tired
and try drinking a cup of coffe first thing when u wake
if u have sumthing to wake up to u shouldnt have a probelm getting up
find sumthing that u can look forward to doing in the morning
like listening to music or a morning radio show
i wake up at 5 o clock every morning just to listen to the ppl talking on the radio ( =
You just have to do it a few days in a row then you'll get used to getting up early.

Have someone help you for a day or two. Wake up call! It's all about routine. After you do it a few days in a row, it will be your new habit.

This is a real problem for me too. I want to get up early to exercise but when that alarm goes off, I just keep putting it on snooze until it's time to go to work.
I got myself used to it by going to bed early then just getting right up when the alarm goes off. I just get up period and go to the gym. I'm always thankful I did once I get to the gym and see others working out.
It quickly becomes a habit once you do it the first time. Repetition creates habit.
we fixed my daughters alarm clock so she can't work the snooze button anymore. Put a buncjh of tape over it or something. Set more than one alarm and one across the room, you will have to get up to turn that off.====
