Only with a realistic weight loss plan, you will be able to achieve it easily.

In order to have ideal weight. few things to take note.

Calories and Weight

A pound of fat equals 3500 calories. To lose 1 pound a week you will need to expend 3500 more calories than you eat that week, whether through increased activity or
decreased eating or both. Losing 1-2 pounds of fat a week is a sensible goal

Healthy diet

- Take the stairs instead of the lift
- Keep walking whilst the escalator caries you up
- Walk or cycle instead of driving short distances

Diet
- Little salt - always read the label
- Aim to have five portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables daily

5 Top Tips
1. Keep an accurate food diary
2. Set healthy and manageable goals
3. Ensure you make healthy choices within your routine
4. Be proud about your progress
5. Make a strong commitment towards lifelong changes

I used to have the fattest stomach. Here's a good site I found that really helped. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before...

Good luck to you!

Im 16 and I lost 60 pounds in 6 months.

The thing was, I got into the habit of not eating lunch and just eating breakfast and dinner.

Eat something healthy in the morning, but filling.Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I ate oatmeal everyday [I HATED IT, I forced myself to eat it] I ate oatmeal with a banana, or if I wasn't full enough, I would eat two.

I got into the habit of skipping lunch, but the thing was, I now eat dinner really early. The doctor says this is a good thing, because all of the food I ate already is digested. I eat dinner around 3, or even 4, and nothing after.

If you have to eat lunch, I recommend yogurt and a salad to keep you until dinner.

And at dinner time, have something light..like white rice and a peice of meat.

Stay away from takeout, fast food, anything from the outside...lol. I did this and I got to where I wanted to be.

And working out- Workout at the end of the day after you eat everything, for an hour.JumpRope, running in place, or if you have a treadmill, run on that, leg raises, crunches, anything to keep you moving and sweating for an hour.

Everybody is different, but I hope this helps. Listen to your body and eventually you will get to where you will want to be.

Yes, you are supposed to give yourself time after having a baby. It took 9 months for you to gain the weight, don't expect it to be easy. Like life, all people are different, some women go right back to their pre-pregnancy weight without much effort. Others have to work at it a bit. Just eat right and make sure you're healthy. Key word, healthy.

The additional question I would be asking is, why are you concerned with how other people look at you? Are other people really looking at you differently or are you just uncomfortable with how you look?

Best of Luck to you. ~Nikki

A: Go see a doctor and discuss this-sounds like post-partum depression and could be helping you to stay fat.
B: Quit eating junk
C: take your baby for a long walk everyday.EVERYDAY!
D: Nurse your baby. Will help everything go back where it belongs.
If these don't start to work in a month or so, go to Weight Watchers and don't cheat.
