Answers: Do you lose weight from your face too?

yes so try a save way like this:

Try to get equal amounts of you vitamins

For example try to get Vitamin C naturally by eating an orange or a tangerine, if you don't have any, go with Orange Juice (Get the pulp brand its MUCH healthier)

To get your Proteins try eating any meat besides Beef or anything Fried. Tuna and Chicken are good examples.

Vitamin D and Pottasium are very essentail for Bone and Muscle Growth and can help the muscles tone up after a workout- These can be found in Bannanas, Dark Cabbage, Milk, Broccolli

Fiber is a very good way to lose weight although I reccomend exercise as well. Try to get 10-15 grams of Fiber daily, replace your bread with Whole grain bread, eat cauliflower or broccolli, and basically eat any dark green vegetable.

As for the workout routine, try to do 30-45 minutes of Cardio (running or jogging),

Yoga is a good way to help relieve stress and maintain oxygen levels to help enhance a workout

Try doing Muscular Fitnesses cause Muscle Burns fat, try Sit-ups or Pushups as these can be done manually without a gym member ship or a machine.

NO PILLS

Achieve weight lose the right and healthy way through exercise and Diet. No sweets or Candies and try to get in 1 gallon of water everyday to flush your system of toxins..Happy Holidays.

o most definetly! I recently lost weight and I use to have a double chin and now I dont. If u naturally have a round face, it WILL look thinner but itll still have that same shape

There's not much you can do to lose weight in your face. You inherited the beautiful smile, the contagious giggle, AND the cheeks. You probably don't have to look far to know where they came from: Thanks, Mom. Although crackpot theories about how to lose weight in your face do abound--from steaming your face to going under the knife--there are several real-life options:

Reduce refined sugar and carbohydrates. Some nutritionists theorize that excessive consumption of refined sugar and carbohydrates can lead to water retention in the face. Go for whole grains, no processed foods--you know the drill.
Cut back on salt. The fancy word for water retention is edema. My word: bloat. Salt makes you retain water, and since your face likes to retain, the water goes there. So cut back on salt and see what happens. You'll get a double bennie if the salt you eat is via a regular diet of high fat chips.

Reduce medications. Some medications can contribute to water retention. If you're on prescription drugs, you'll have to check this option with your physician. But if you pop over the counter meds, put up with the runny nose for a few days, and see what happens.
Contour. Bronzing powder that matches your skin tone can help--powder under your chin and along the jaw line. And you'd be amazed at what a tweak to your hairstyle can do to slim your face. Ditch the bangs, and go for wisps if you need to deflect the eye from your forehead for some reason. Go for volume on the top of your head (to elongate it) and keep hair close to your head on the sides.

Every time.

yep!
look up the winners of "the biggest loser"
its a tv show where people lose weight.
you can see the difference in their faces.

Absolutely. It goes away from everywhere, particularly places where you'd prefer it to stay.

you sure do

Usually. I lose a lot in my face. Now if only I could get some off those thighs.

Your body is genetically disposed though to store fat longer in different places. So even though I may lose weight in my face easily (and in my boobs boooo) you may lose it in your arms or something.

But with enough weight loss, some will come off your face too.

yeah

it depends. If ur obese , so yeah, but if ur okay, than really no.

Yeah

yes i think sometimes if you loose weight really fast it sags a little but thats just what i have heard

yea if u lose lots of weight. a few pounds wont do much but like 40 pounds would do some...
