How much weight can i lose in the next 3months?!


Question: if i do alot of physical activity everyday and eat clean ....i am 5'0 and weigh 142lbs..

I'm also 5'0 and I know that a good weight to be at is 115-125 lbs. So your healthy weight goal could be anywhere from 17-27 lbs. But being at 120, I'm still not confident, so I also stride for less than that, because since we are short, all the fat has no where to go, so it makes it harder to be happy when there are still those unflattering spots.

you can loose about 20lbs if you do everything right?

hmmmm.....that seems strange that you weigh that amount and you said you do alot of physical activity and eat clean. if your doing those things and not seeing a difference you should go to a doctor and have tests run for throid problems or something. or you may just have an extremely slow metabolism. i wouldn't go by what you weigh. find out your body fat percentage because that is what really matters. you may just have a large bone structure and have alot of muscle. I'm like that.
