sure;
Drink lots of water daily.
High on Protein (lean meat, low fat milk and other dairy).
Don't save on carbs but DONT go over board either.
Eat 2-3 fruits daily.
Add vegies to every meal.
Eat 5-6 meals a day, Small meals.
Don't over stuff yourself (even a hard one for me!)
Drink 2 cups of water before any meal.
No more junk food.
Work out 4-5 times a week.
Add 30-60 min cardio to your work out routine.
Switch to whole wheat, high on fiber, and low on suger and carbs.


Do not lose hope! keep working! results will come in time, and you will maintane great health either way.

don't go and you will live forever !!! :)

Walk or run early before anyone wakes up/ or run stadium dont eat late like i am doing right now. And focus on your goals and have faith!!
