Does hydroxycut work, along with Efedrin, to loose weight and gain Muscle???!
Question: i am not really sure because i have the Hydroxycut that has caffine, and a little bottle of Efedrin, that if i use these if i were to gain muscle and loose fat.

I wouldn't mix Hydroxycut with anything to be honest. I know a lot of body builders who do and I've seen it really mess people up.
You know how Hydroxycut works, right?
From personal experience the one time I was taking Hydroxycut I couldn't get enough to drink and actually ended up in a good deal of trouble because I depleted my electrolites by drinking so much water that my body got screwed up. I'm not saying it's Hydroxycuts fault but it was a contributing factor.
My most successful crash diet / muscle gain was when I used Creatine Monohydrate on a loading dose for 1 month and doubled it up with caffiene. I exercised regularly (1hour a day) and admittedly overdosed on the Creatine but in the first 2 weeks I dropped close to 20 pounds of fat and toned up my body hugely.
Sadly, this didn't last long. Creatine can have serious side effects so do your research before you do what I did. I wanted fast results and it was perfect for that.
