It always makes me want to puke

some people can handle it..some can not..nothing wrong with walking arond the block after a meal.

Yeah if you don't feel sick. If you are interested in losing weight you should eat an hour AFTER exercise as you will metabolise the food faster.

if to chose wether to do exercises after u ate or not to do any exercises at all i would suggest u do exercises anyway. according to my schedule i eat at 2.30 pm and go to gym at 3.30. smtimes i eat at 3 pm and go to gym at 3.30. i am perfectly fine, no problems with stomach
