Whats the best diet program?!


Question: Im wondering whats better, or what really works better and quicker. From weight watchers to south beach diet to diet.com?
I am going to the gym but how much time should i spend at the gym? im trying to lose about 80pounds for my new years resolution and for my wedding this year comming up. i am gonna get married in April. will i be able to lose 80 pounds in 4 months?

Well,when i got pregnant with my daughter i went from 135 pounds all the way to 220 pounds...it took me about 5 months to lose all that weight ! I lost all that weight by useing 3 types of pills prescribed by my doctor, i dropped all related to junk food,started eating lots of fruits,veggies,lots and lots of water i never did any type of exercise ,but i still lost all that weight.I'm sure that if i would've exercised too i would've lost much more weight and alot faster..can't remember the pills i used cause it was at puertorico 4 years ago ! I hope this helps you ...and YES if you put your mind to it you will lose all that weight ...
