I need to lose weight!?!


Question: Ok, im 13, and i weigh more than i kno i should, i kno that, but how can i get it off quik! like as fast as possible and i would like to look kinda muscular

since your still young it could be that your just growing. My brother was a chunky kid, so chuncky that he got the nickname fat b. Nice huh? By the time he was like 15 or 16 though he was very average, if not a little slimmer than average. Here are my tips though:

-Drink a lot of water. I would get a nalgine bottle and drink at least 1 of not 2 of those a day (between 32 - 64 oz a day)

-Do some sit ups every day. Start with 30 and go from there. Dont push yourself too fast though or else you'll be really sore and wont want to do it anymore.

-Do some push ups every day. Push ups help with not only your arm and chest but pretty much your whole body. Do 2 sets of 10 a day and you'll be lookin buff in no time!


*It normally takes between 2 - 4 weeks to see any kind of results when it comes to workouts. But keep your focus and stay motivated and it will be worth it in the end!

one way to lose weight fast is a low carb diet. Try eat a lot less breads, pastas and sugary drinks. Look on the back of foods for the carbohydrates and try to only eat foods that contain little to none. this includes but is not limited to Vegetables and Meats

do lots of push-ups and sit ups!! i know its not much and it sounds really korny but trust me. i had weight training this year i learned a lot. push-ups work your chest, arms, abs (because you have to keep tight), and legs. and sit-ups work your abs. and you can also do a lot of running like 20-30 mintues of running a day.
