Well on a dance mat I'd say aproximately 300calories,but it also depends on your weight/height/age,so just add some information and I'll answer the most precisely possible.=)

I'm not gonna give you a lecture about not worrying about your weight at your age and you shouldnt even know what calories mean,cause I'm just a year older and I used to have an eating disorder =\
