What will happen if I sit down or lay down after exercising?!


Question: Like... will it all be fine or will all the calories I have burnt Come back on? Or what?? Please I just sat down and I am really scared because I just did 1 hour of exercising so I want to know did I just do that all for nothing??

WOW.You really do need help,but whatever,lets come to the point:i assume your 1hour exercise was dancing and NO,the calories wont come back on,they were burned they wont ever come back except when you consume those calories,but there is no such thing as calories coming back just by sitting,although for even more calories burned and for your body to keep burning long after exercise you need to "cool down"after exercise,dont go directly sit,if you danced vigorously then try to stretch,walk for 2 minutes very lightly,just so your body doesnt stop instantly,then you can sit down and your body will burn a bit more cals automatically and it'll prevent you from having muscle pains

if you exersice and feel exhausted then walk it off so that you can lower the rapidness of your blood flow, and if you sit down you sweat more and feel more exhausted than you would feel if you woul have walked it off.

You gain Calories by eating and drinking, not sitting.

it will bad for your health,because the blood in your body is move faster after do such long time exercise.what you should do is to walk a while ,just to relax!
