How can i become fat.?!


Question: i'm just 38kg.but my height is nearly 165cm.so i'm looking very silm.how can i overcome tis. pls help me by giving me a nice tips to hav a normal weight .

eat a diet that is high in both carbohydrates and proteins.

carbs: bread, cereal, pasta, grains, etc
protein: eggs, meant, nuts.

try and eat them in 5 medium sized meals per day.
if possible supplement with a milk drink such as sustagen.
try to eat more food than you currently do in the morning.
Do some exercise, but not a lot - 2-3x per week.

Your bmi is 14, 18.5 and under is underweight, 18.5-2 is good. So your was underweight. But dont overdo eating, its not good for you to gain weight to fast. And dont just try to gain with sweets, eat some pasta and bread and more red meat, but dont tey to do it fast, gain gradually.

OMG,ok maybe everyone is giving you tips how to gain it "healthily"but right now that dont matter much you just NEED to gain weight!
Your bmi is 14,did you know that some people died because of their underweight a girl I know was 14.2 when she died,because of starvation!!So if you dont care about health,ehm just eat junk,it works,but otherwise full on avocados,loads of them with pasta and a nice large banana for dessert,for snacks choose nuts,lots and lots of them!!
Dont exercise too much,try twice a week,light exercise or you'll lose even more weight!!
For snacks,WITH the nuts you can also get a smoothie/protein shake,but remember not on a day of exercise,it'll make you lose weight(the protein shake)
