I used to be anorexic so now i rly need to know? (easy question)?!


Question: i am almost 13 years old 5 feet tall and about 80 ibs, today i have eaten:
apple with 2 spoons of yoghurt for breakfast
plate of chicken bolion (soup)with a boiled egg and pork covered with flour and egg fried on olive oli (kind of like schnitzel) and salad with olive oil for lunch
about 200 gramms of paella with seafood, chicken and canned tomato sauce and than 2 apples for dinner
is that too much for me?
it would be nice if you could also tell me about how many calories could this be? or at least if it was more than 1600-1700

no way is it too much!!
I'm recovering from anorexia and when I was in the hospital they made me eat 4000 calories!! Because you are at an unhealthy low weight still, you have to put on some weight. To MAINTAIN you probably need around 2200 calories. I recommend getting professional treatment to help you even if you are doing better. While I went Inpatient (im16) you might not neccesarily have to. You should get a therapist and a nutritionist. The nutritionist will tell you how much you should eat to be healthy and normal.

yea..you're doing just fine. Don't worry about the calories, worry about the nutrition in the food! I'm not sure what paella is(sorry!) but that sounds healthy.

You could eat more actually....well, that is if u won't get ill if you do(blech, do i know that feeling)
