What are some ways to get muscles?!

10g creatine, 15g glutamine, 1g protein per pound body weight. Get a good routine that isolates particular muscle groups and ACTUALLY GO TO THE GYM! That last part is the hardest for me :-P

I would hire a trainer for the first few times; it's worth the money to do it right!

don't try any of those pills or injections that are supposed to give you muscles.. no matter how tempting it might be.. they can seriously hurt you

weight lifting, combined with the proper diet. You need plenty of protein and carbohydrates.

You should consider like doing pull ups and going to the gym alot. Try a sport that includes your arms. Like football or like basketball or something... If that works and you are trying to do it for a girl, I would consider like get the muscles but don't overdo it ok?!...

Go to the gym that's the best solution ,and eat lots of good food like eggs.

Then you should have amazing muscles by now.

You need to combine diet with exercise.
Depending on what you want will depend on the exact nature of your diet / exercise regime.

Go to a gym and seek expert advice.

you must use weights and do reps everyday and move up in weight when it starts to get easier. " reps are sets of 10"

U SHOULD GO FOR CREATINE MONOHYDRATE AND MASS PROTIEN

Did you ever try any of the following:

1. Two-a-days for weeks
2. Olympic lifting
3. Power lifting
4. Consuming 6000 calories of clean food a day
5. Working out with pro bodybuilders
6. Squatting until you literally puke in the gym
7. Steroids/HGH

No? Then you didn't try "everything" (Don't recommend the last one).
