How TO LOOSE STOMACH AND MANBOOB FAT?!


Question: basically i feel i have muscle building up under my stomach because of the situps i have been doing . but i have got chest fat(manboobs) and stomach fat .......I am 16 years old about 5'8 ....is there a way to get rid of the fat ?????????

Any form of cardio....Running, elliptical, biking, walking, jogging, or playing sports like soccer or basketball (soccer is all running and basketball is a lot of cardio too....sports like football and baseball aren't).

Also, you gotta lift wieghts. You're doing abs. Abs have nothing to do with manboobs. You can do all the situps in the world and it work make you loose fat. In your case...or in normal cases...30 min. each day is enough. Depending on what you're doing and how fast and hard you do it you can burn from 300-600+ calories. I normally burn 600+ each day on cardio.

LIFT WEIGHTS. Build up your arms and chest. Do biceps on one day and the next day to triceps and chest (they go together like that). Chest exercises will help the fat turn to muscle. Thats very important.

And I'd also reccommend to get a trainer for 1 day just so he can show you exercises that will help you.

Cardio. Its the only way.

Swiming
Hiking
Basketball
ect.

a friend of mine has very bad man boobs and there was basically no way of getting rid of them so recently he had a surgery done and he looks very good

Go vegetarian. Meat is very unhealthy and gives people extra weight. A couple years ago I gave up animal products and I lost all the extra weight. I feel fabulous :)

Many studies have shown that exercise - though good in some ways - does not help weight loss.

Change your diet to beef, pork, chicken, eggs, whole milk, cheese, fish etc. and as little sweets, soda, fruit juice, breatfast cereals, bread, cake, donuts, etc. etc. as possible.

All those sugars and refined grain goods cause fat. Protein & fat satisfies hunger and you eat fewer calories.

Your hormones might be unbalance. Exercise and diet is the key to lose the body fat everywhere. If the chest fat is still there then Increase your testostrone levels. In rare cases you might have nautral male boobs which would need sugery. But most man boobs are cause by low testostrone levels and being overweight. After teenhood the man boobs should decrease naturaly (18-21) if your an active teen. If not then it's a weight problem not a medical one. There are expensive pills sold to decrease manboobs. But I don't know if they work.
