Breakfast::: Special K Cereal with soy milk, and strawberries
Snack:::1 Apple
Lunch:::Wheat Bread, Turkey, Mustard, Lettuce, and Peperchinies Sandwhich, with milk
Snack:::Fruit Salad
Dinner::: Pasta (with sause and 2 meatballs), a cesar salad, and orange juice


I'm trying to eat healthy, but not lose weight ^^^^ was that good?

Pretty good yes. But Special K cereal has a lot of sugar in it. I have mixed opinions about it, it tastes good and all but id steer clear of that much sugar. Have you ever tried Kashi (spelling) Go Lean cereal? Its something like...8g fiber, 10g protein. Best of all it tastes good! Try it out if you want some good healthier cereal :)

if I had to change one thing it would be the casaer salad (fatty dressing, bacon etc)

but as you say your not trying to lose weight, it sounds like a great diet!
