Drinking water ahead of exercise is sound; you are going to sweat much of it off anyway, and certainly if you feel better for having done so, go for it. But trying to shed seven pounds in two weeks is not realistic; that is about what you would lose if you ate nothing at all. Try for a pound a week; that represents a deficiency between what you ingest and what you burn of 500 calories a day, and you can safely keep that up as long as you need to.

ask a doctor

idkidkidk sry fthough

that is ok as water is good for you.

I'm not sure how long you need to run,but drinking water anytime is good for you.

i wouldnt know i dont exercise i dont get fat even if i eat a lot

Go for it. That much water is not going to affect you. A big bottle of water might, but a regular glass of water will be fine.

You don't want to have too much or you'll get a cramp, but you need enough energy so that you don't pass out. Try eating an apple and having some water.

yes very much so yes water is good

i think it is okay to drink water before you run. it is actually advisable to drink water before, during and after the exercise to make sure that you replace the fluids that you sweat.

water will not likely give you energy to run ,, too much can give you cramps or nausea while running, though ... a glass of water in the morning is GREAT, though ... you will not gorge yourself at breakfast, you will be less likely to get constipated, and it will help overall health and weight management ... and that is all before running!

running will do you better if you do it in the afternoon and then go for a walk after dinner, don't eat after 7 unless it is a tiny snack, like a strawberry or 2 ... 3kg in 2 weeks will be dreadfully hard to keep off ... half of it will most likely be water weight ... also try kick-boxing aerobics and swimming ... muscle-tone will make you look as if you have lost more fat than you have ... keep a food diary to make sure you are not increasing your calories as exercise will make you crave food ... try a half-hour run in the afternoon (or at least after lunch) and a 20 minute leisurely walk after dinner ... that should help with the weight loss you desire ...

Some people can tolerate exercising on an empty stomach and some cannot. From what you are saying, your body cannot produce more energy since you went 8 hours without eating or drinking the night before. So, you probably will have to eat just a tiny snack an hour before exercising to get your body going. And it's never a bad idea to drink water. And as your kms question, I'm sorry I cannot answer that because every person burns weight at different rate. So if one person burned 300 calories within half hour that does not necessarily mean that someone else will lose as many calories. So that just depends on your body .. so run as much as you can handle and monitor your weight. Soon, you'll be able to answer your own question. Good luck!
