Question: I'd love to have a flat stomach. I'm not asking for supermodel abs, just a flat stomach. How many crunches a day should I do? I did 100 but my stomach hurt for a couple days after. I'm 13, BTW.

100 is fine, try to cut down on sugar because it tends to go straight to the abdominal region of the body
