Does doing pushups everyday make you stronger?!

Question: For sure it does.. but it won't build muscle like bench press would in the chest, etc. For that you'd have to add weights on your back while you do the actual push ups. Say a 25lb weight or something, depending on your strength and how old you are. But just by doing a lot of push ups, 100-200 everyday will get you stronger, get you doing more etc. What you should add to that is bar dips which really strengthen your triceps as well.

For other types of push-ups you can also do regular, knuckle, finger-tip, diamond, and chinese push ups.. Doing a large variety will help you build different parts of your upper body by isolating different muscle groups, ie. bis, tris, pecs, etc.

So good luck and keep those push ups pumpin.

Sure does!

well, it tones your muscle

of course, at first, but once you get up to about a hundred it will probably just make you fitter. need to keep adding weights to increase actual strength.

Pushups will build up your upper body strength. It will improve your biceps, triceps, and chest. They will not make you loose weight but yes they will help you gain muscle.

yeah..of course!!
