I was abut your wieght until I joined weight watchers just 11 dollars a week and I got more than that for my lunch money! Anyways what they do is teach you to eat right and exercise and its not a diet it a lifestyle and you are able to go eat at fastfoods and everything! I love Chris Brown too!

cut off your legs

exercise daily ...eat protein.

try the south beach diet. It works.

Meth.

The one where you cut your caloric intake and elevate your heart rate for at least 30 minutes a day (longer the better).

Really, that's all it takes.

Walking, cycling and swimming are great as we all use vehicles too much. Good luck.

i'll give u 1 advice loose slowly and maintain it as if u lose fast u also gain fast.
u can do cycling and eat more fibre

go on a diet, excercise 5 times a week,run

honest its just not about working out, eating habits are very important, but the first and most important thing is cardio, that will burn fat, do not waste ur time with weights , u need 2 lose ur fat b4 u can add some muscle. ps do not weigh urself often cause that may discourage u jt

Dance, dance, dance. It is fun and takes away the pounds. Get a good dance tape or join Jazzercise. You will have fun while losing weight.

Best of love to you for the New Year.

the best is go to your local YMCA and talk to the people in charge there. They will help you a lot. You could take up swimming if you do not know how they have classes to teach you for free. Take up walking and jogging and running. But most of all watch what you eat.

Start working out Gradually. Don't start intensive. Don't give up. You will NOT see changes right away. Keep working out. Eat a balanced diet. Look on line for diets. Good luck baby cakes.

Just working out is not enough. You are also going to have to diet. You want to lose 70 pounds. That is 39% of your current body weight--a very difficult thing to do. I would recommend that you see a doctor first and then get professional help with your diet.

jazzersise, tai bo, step arobics

they are all fun and a great workout. eat healthy food too. jazzerzize is a dance thing program it is awesome
!!!

i used to have a weight problem too... things like running or bike riding really help.. but you wont loose weight just by working out you need to eat healthier as well

dont do a stupid crash diet, they don't last but even just cutting back on junk food and have a piece of fruit for a snack and a small workout can make a big difference

i ran 1 mile every morning and night and just cut back on what i was eating and lost 2 pounds a week and it was really consistent

"it seems like a small amount but doctors say 2 pounds a week is a healthy amount to be loosing if you want to keep the weight off

Start by walking as much as you can. You should invest a few bucks in a pedometer which will help you count your steps. If you do 8 to 10 thousand steps each day. That will ensure you are active enough to burn the extra calories. That's how you lose weight.

Also, make sure you get enough sleep and drink plenty of water. It's important. Also, make sure you celebrate the milestones on your way to the big goal. Every time you lose a few pounds, you should be VERY happy and proud of your self. Good luck.

Well you can do abs workouts! I dropped 40 pounds in a couple months and gained a 6 pack!

[[do these on the couch and in 6 minutes]]
20 knee ups
20 leg riases
20 leg cycles {like riding a bike]
rest
20 reverse cunch, do it at the other end
20 leg crunches on couch
20 hip thrust
20 cross crunch
20 reach across
20 cross leg crunch

NO JUNK FOOD! Eat veggies and fruits everyday!

Walkking helpss to!

Exercises that make you sweat and out of breath. Also eat more protein and stay away from sweets and empty carbs. It's really not as hard as it sounds, I haven't eaten sweets, pizza, fast food or drank soda for months easily (but I'm also athletic, I don't know if that makes a difference).

You are really pretty and I congratulate you on wanting to lose weight. 110 may be a little too thin for your body type.
First, start counting calories. If you eat 1500 to 1800 C/d you should gradually lose weight. Combine that with some sort of regular exercise like walking, bicycling, swimming, whatever interests you that you will keep doing. The main thing is to stick with it and not lose interest. Good luck.

honey... don't wear a see-through black top with a white bra....total fashion no no

A realistic exercise/sensible-eating approach, one that involves a routine you can perform over a long period of time, is your best solution. 110 pounds sounds a little too ambitious...and unhealthy.

Do not try to lose more than a pound or two a week. Start your exercise plan carefully...good luck!

Let me just say, you carry your weight very well. You have great curves! You should try for 130, or 140 instead. You don't want to lose that body! But it is your choice.

You need cardio to get your heartrate up. That can be as simple as fast walking. Start out with 15 minutes and build your way up to 45 minutes, 5 days a week.

Also, you should do some strength training. It won't bulk you up, it will just make your curves look even better. I suggest doing squats, lunges, crunches, and lifting weights. I use a exercise DVD called 10 Minute Solution: Target Toning. It shows you how to work each body part. By dieting, doing cardio, and using that DVD, I've lost a lot of weight. My tummy's flatter, my butt's rounder, and my arms are thinner.

Good luck.

first of all i dont think you need to lose that much weight...you need to set a more realistic goal to lose like 15-20 lbs .. i have been in your shoes before. at one time i weighed 181 lbs and now i currently weigh 150 (i am 5'7")...just that little bit will make a huge difference on how you feel about yourself....i spent no money at all on the weight loss...just cut back your calories and get to walking....good luck!

try eating more healthy like.... carrots -for ur eye sight
milk- strong bones spinage - to help clean out ur system
or instead of doing all that go to the store and get plastic and place it all around ur body (tightly)and start working out but it has
to be a light work out and it should be for about 1 hr. or 30min. you should loose about 10-20 pounds!

with that amount of weight to lose on a short body frame you'll need to focus on what and how much you're eating just as much as what exercises to do. a mixed routein of weights to build lean muscle and cardio to cut fat might be right for you. keep in mind that its WAY HARDER to take calories out of your body through exercise than it is to avoid putting them in through poor eating habits. just don't try to starve yourself... the body adjusts by lowering metabolism and you won't get the results you're looking for.

Girl I think you'd look great at 140. Don't push yourself to hard. If you try to get to 110 then you'll loose your boobies. Just Do lots of cardio (treadmill, bike, elliptical) then do various excerices on other days like weight training on working on your abs, work on eating less calories. Try to set yourself to 1000-1500 calories a day. And if you are really athletic, iono, work out until you burned 500-1000 calories. It sounds crazy, but it's all about math when you losing weight. 3000 calories equals one pound. So if you just eat 1000 calories a day, then you work off 500 calories, then the next day you do the same, then you have lost a pound. Exercise 6 days a week and don't forget to do stretches. This is one of the fastest ways to lose weight.

Hope this helps. But don't push yourself to hard! Good luck.

For starters, you should start taking walks around your neighborhood for 10-20 minutes (walk, don't run yet). You can do this whenever you have time.
Once you've gotten the hang of it, extend your time periods, like 30-40 minutes.
After doing that for a couple of weeks, start jogging, maybe join a local gym or fitness center. Sign up for a yoga class or something.

As for food, eat slowly, and take 30 second breaks whenever you are halfway done with your meals. Research has shown that this helps women decrease their calorie consumption by 10% (I have no idea why).
On food choices, I don't recommend junk food for a while, such as chips, cookies, soda. However, I've had the same problem, and once I don't eat chocolate for a while, I go bonkers. So, maybe once a week, as a treat, you could eat a piece of DARK chocolate (it helps your health; no milk or white for a while). This will help you maintain your craving.

Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated, and think positively. Be patient since it will take a while to lose many pounds.

Good luck!

P.S. Don't push yourself extremely hard; it won't be good for you.

the first thing that you should do is raise your goal weight up to 130-150. 110 is just skin and bones

I have lost 90 lbs gradually and kept it off for 10+ years, starting when I was your age. First, I cut out fast food, deep fried foods, oil, mayonaise, salad dressing, whole dairy products, soda, etc. I lost a TON just sticking to this lifestyle- not diet.

Then I added in exercise. Cardio is great for burning calories, but weight training is very important too. Muscle burns fat even when youre not exercising. I would reccomend aerobic weight training. I use The FIRM video series (have been for years) and have had great results!
